Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the purchase, Blooms Privé underwear are non-returnable.

For the cleanliness and safety of our ladies, we want to assure them that every purchase has not ever been worn or tried on by someone else.  If the Blooms aren’t to your liking of fit or comfort, we offer a free exchange for first time orders, of equal purchase amount. For the original order, we ask that you keep them and encourage you to please wash them and donate to a friend, family member, or local clothing closet that supports women in need. 

FOR EXCHANGES:

We will provide free exchange for a customer’s first order only, for equal purchase amount.

All exchanges are processed shortly after the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Our customer service team will review any questions you may have about the fit and provide a consultation before placing the exchange order.

Blooms Privé proudly stands behind the design and quality of its products. Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 20 days of shipment and provided such products are returned in their original unused condition, including in their original packaging with tags attached. To return products, you must email our Returns Department at returns@bloomsprive.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
